The frame of socio-political in structuring constitutional law

The frame of socio-political in structuring constitutional law

Despite the political, economic, educational, social, cultural of Indonesia has been quite favorable, but it does not reflect the results of the implementation of the goal state. The meaning of state goals is stated in the basic state, which is the basis of the so-called five-point of Pancasila.

And now, The situation like being brought into the trip of bad ideals of acute, that's the individual centric attitude attached to bureaucrats, which gave birth to the stability of attitudes on race derivative gratification of ownership to show off each individual. This attitude encourages the growth of exclusive lifestyle that high again nepotistic collusio.

It would not need to cite examples - case in poin, because each of us have seen the news reports of the past and feel it for yourself or even. It is the gift of building a political life in the frame socio-political in structuring constitutional law.

Constitutional law cannot be separated from the principles of Pancasila as the foundation for driving a just and prosperous life. In this way, the most basic thing is the Constitution. Looking at the amended Constitution, it still contains right-wing content, which is not congruent with free and active politics. In the sense that it is still copying what the West created.

This Constitutional Law must be able to give birth to a generation that loves the country predominantly. So the basic essence is in the education corridor. Education does not prioritize competition for the best schools, but rather schools that have a science base that is based on a high level of morals.

Meanwhile, existing schools have heritage from the west and the Middle East, and most of the patterns are taken from the west and/or from abroad. This is due to the opinion that what is outside is better.
