According to documents, the Department of the Navy and the Department of the Air Force, along with General Electric, have been working together to manipulate hurricanes.

Bombshell information was first unearthed by Peggy Hall in a paper published by General Electric titled History of Project Cirrus from 1947 to 1952, which was a study of how cloud particles and cloud modifications can affect hurricanes.

Hall claims the purpose of government hurricane and forest fire manipulation is to instill fear, uncertainty and inflict hardship on certain population centers, with the purpose of gaining control over people by using FEMA and federal funding.

During the Vietnam war the U.S. military conducted geo-engineering weather modification as a strategy to to muddy the supply roads on the Ho Chi Minh trail by causing it to rain with cloud seeding.

The chemical weather modification program was conducted from Thailand over Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam and was allegedly sponsored by the then Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and the CIA.

US Modified The Weather During The Vietnam War

During the Vietnam war the US military conducted geo-engineering weather modification as a strategy to to muddy the supply roads on the Ho Chi Minh trail ….by causing it to rain with cloud seeding.

The chemical weather modification program was conducted from Thailand over Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam and was allegedly sponsored by the then Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and the CIA.

Operation Popeye ( also known as Project Popeye/Motorpool/Intermediary-Compatriot) was a highly classified weather modification program in Southeast Asia during 1967-1972

The operation seeded clouds with both silver iodide and lead iodide, resulting in the targeted areas seeing an extension of the monsoon period an average of 30 to 45 days. As the continuous rainfall slowed down the truck traffic, it was considered relatively successful. However, resultant rain and subsequent flooding of the nearby Song Con River is sometimes blamed for the move of POWs from the prison camp at Son Tay and therefore, the failure of Operation Ivory Coast.

The former U.S. Secretary of Defense, Robert S. McNamara, was aware that there might be objections raised by the international scientific community but said in a memo to the president that such objections had not in the past been a basis for prevention of military activities considered to be in the interests of U.S. national security.

The chemical weather modification program was conducted from Thailand over Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam and allegedly sponsored by Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and CIA without the authorization of then Secretary of Defense Melvin Laird who had categorically denied to Congress that a program for modification of the weather for use as a tactical weapon even existed

The US Congress has even held it's own hearings on “Geoengineering,” with the U.S. House Subcommittee onEnvironment and Subcommittee on Energy Hearing discussing how the government secretly controls the weather, even though this is still proclaimed a "Conspiracy Theory" to most.

What is geoengineering—and why should you care?

It’s becoming clear that we won’t cut carbon emissions soon enough to prevent catastrophic climate change. But there may be ways to cool the planet more quickly and buy us a little more time to shift away from fossil fuels.

They’re known collectively as geoengineering, and though it was once a scientific taboo, a growing number of researchers are running computer simulations and proposing small-scale outdoor experiments. Even some legislators have begun discussing what role these technologies could play (see “The growing case for geoengineering”).

But what is geoengineering exactly?

Traditionally, geoengineering has encompassed two very different things: sucking carbon dioxide out of the sky so the atmosphere will trap less heat, and reflecting more sunlight away from the planet so less heat is absorbed in the first place.

The first of these, known as “carbon removal” or “negative emissions technologies,” is something that scholars now largely agree we’ll need to do in order to avoid dangerous levels of warming (see “One man’s two-decade quest to suck greenhouse gas out of the sky”). Most no longer call it “geoengineering”—to avoid associating it with the second, more contentious branch, known as solar geoengineering.

This is a blanket term that includes ideas like setting up sun shields in space or dispersing microscopic particles in the air in various ways to make coastal clouds more reflective, dissipate heat-trapping cirrus clouds, or scatter sunlight in the stratosphere.

In November, the Biden administration publicly admitted they were working on a solar geoengineering plan in cahoots with Bill Gates.

A Bill Gates Venture Aims To Spray Dust Into The Atmosphere To Block The Sun. What Could Go Wrong?

Bill Gates is financially backing the development of sun-dimming technology that would potentially reflect sunlight out of Earth’s atmosphere, triggering a global cooling effect. The Stratospheric Controlled Perturbation Experiment (SCoPEx), launched by Harvard University scientists, aims to examine this solution by spraying non-toxic calcium carbonate (CaCO3) dust into the atmosphere — a sun-reflecting aerosol that may offset the effects of global warming.

Widespread research into the efficacy of solar geoengineering has been stalled for years due to controversy. Opponents believe such science comes with unpredictable risks, including extreme shifts in weather patterns not dissimilar to warming trends we are already witnessing. Environmentalists similarly fear that a dramatic shift in mitigation strategy will be treated as a green light to continue emitting greenhouse gases with little to no changes in current consumption and production patterns.

They thought they could control the earth and sky by geoengineering. And now the effect of all this is extreme climate change, global warming. Then the impact of it all they feel innocent and blame others for their own actions

Ramalah, West Bank - Amid calls for an end to the mounting violence taking place in the West Bank, Israel's far-right national security minister on Wednesday pushed for tougher action against Palestinian resistance, including the destruction of their homes.

“We need a military operation, we need to flatten buildings, we need targeted killings,” Itamar Ben-Gvir told parliament on Wednesday.

“That’s how you act against terrorism,” added Ben-Gvir, one of the hard-right parties in Netanyahu’s religious-nationalist coalition.

Other senior ministers in Netanyahu’s government on Wednesday also called for a full-scale military operation across the West Bank.

Some other ministers played down the demand for additional measures. “There’s no need for any new decisions, only adaptation of existing ones,” Energy Minister Israel Katz, a member of the government Security Cabinet, told Army Radio.

The calls for tougher action came after Israeli settlers attacked Palestinian towns, torching cars and buildings in retaliation for an attack by Hamas gunmen a day earlier. Four Israelis were killed on Tuesday by Hamas gunmen who opened fire on a roadside restaurant near the settlement of Eli.

One Palestinian was shot dead during the attack while at least one other was critically injured, Palestinian health officials said.

Residents of a number of other Palestinian towns reported settler attacks after the killings and senior ministers in Netanyahu’s government called for a full-scale military operation across the West Bank.

Yaqoub Oweis, chairman of the village council of Al-Lubban Al-Sharqeya near Ramallah, said Israeli soldiers and police stood by as a large group of settlers burned a petrol station, orchards, a cement factory and dozens of cars.

“The attack was unprecedented and abnormal,” he said. “There was heavy gunfire but we couldn’t distinguish whether it came from settlers or the soldiers because of the darkness.”

Condemnations

The US condemned the settler violence and called “for Israeli authorities to immediately stop the violence, protect US and Palestinian civilians, and prosecute those responsible.”

Both Egypt and Jordan, which have diplomatic relations with Israel, condemned the attacks on Palestinians in the West Bank.

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres condemned all acts of violence against civilians, “including acts of terror,” deputy UN spokesperson Farhan Haq said in a statement.

“It is crucial to reduce tensions and to prevent further escalation. Israel, as the Occupying Power, must ensure that the civilian population is protected against all acts of violence, and that perpetrators are held to account,” Haq said.

Violence had flared up after the Netanyahu government stepped up plans for new homes in the Palestinian territories.

Netanyahu’s office said Israel planned to add 1,000 new homes to the Eli settlement, defying international calls for a halt to new settlement projects.

Palestinians have complained repeatedly of attacks by settlers in the West Bank, an issue that has also drawn mounting international concern.

Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammed Shtayyeh said the “barbaric attacks carried out by settlers on peaceful citizens, and the destruction of their homes and properties, reflect the burning and killing mentality of Israel.”

He added that opening the way for settlers to riot under the protection of the Israeli army “is a recipe for destruction, for which everyone will pay.”

There has been no sign of any new effort to find a political solution, however. US-brokered peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians, aimed at establishing a Palestinian state in the West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem, collapsed in 2014.

Netanyahu’s government includes members who rule out a Palestinian state while Hamas, which advocates armed resistance against Israel, has been steadily expanding its operations in the West Bank.

Monday’s military arrest raid in Jenin, the apparent trigger for the killing of the four Israelis, touched off hours of fighting with heavily armed Palestinian militants. Seven Palestinians died, more than 90 were wounded and seven Israeli personnel were wounded.

So far this year, 174 Palestinians, most of them militants but several of them civilians, have been killed by Israeli forces. At the same time, 24 Israelis and one foreigner have been killed in attacks by Palestinians in the West Bank, around Jerusalem and in some Israeli cities

Russian forces have destroyed or disabled hundreds of Ukrainian heavy weapon systems, including 13 Western-made main battle tanks, in the 16 days since the start of Kiev’s much-touted counteroffensive, according to a breakdown provided by senior Russian officials.

The interim statistics were reported by Nikolay Patrushev, the secretary of the Russian security council, and confirmed by Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu during the body’s meeting on Thursday. The event was chaired by President Vladimir Putin, who asked follow-up questions about the share of Western hardware in the claimed losses.

Kiev lost 246 tanks between June 4 and June 21, the officials said. Of the 81 Western tanks that it had, 13 have been knocked out. Russian troops also destroyed 152 infantry fighting vehicles, including 59 Western-made, and 279 field artillery pieces and mortars, including 48 Western-made. Other Ukrainian losses included 443 armored vehicles, 424 regular vehicles, 42 multiple rocket launchers, ten fighter jets, four helicopters and 264 drones, Putin was told.

The Ukrainian forces have been weakened in the fighting and have now taken a pause to regroup and replenish their ranks, Shoigu reported. Referencing intercepted Ukrainian communications, he estimated that Kiev has lost over 13,000 troops during the active phase of the counteroffensive.

Putin noted that Ukraine’s ability to mobilize new troops was a limiting factor, even as Western nations pledged to provide more weapons to fight against Russia. The US and its allies “are indeed prepared to wage the war to the last Ukrainian,” he remarked, summing up Moscow’s assessment of the Western attitude towards the conflict.

Western main battle tanks were touted by many commentators as a gamechanger for Ukraine. Kiev started to receive the advanced armor as it was gearing up for its promised counteroffensive this year.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky acknowledged on Wednesday that the operation was not going as well as many supporters of his government had hoped. Ukraine’s army “will advance on the battlefield the way we deem best,” he told the BBC.

Archive Documents on First Days of Great Patriotic War Released by Russia’s MoD

June 22, 1941 is one of the most tragic dates in Russian history, when, without a declaration of war, Nazi Germany attacked the USSR and carried out massive bombing of military and strategic facilities and many cities. The day has since been marked as the Day of Remembrance and Sorrow.

Russia’s Ministry of Defense (MoD) has for the first time published documents shedding light on the first days of the Great Patriotic War. The materials, available on the Telegram channel of Russia’s MoD, were released timed for the Day of Remembrance and Sorrow.

This date was established to commemorate the day when Nazi Germany attacked the Soviet Union 82 years ago, on June 22, 1941, marking the beginning of the Great Patriotic War.

For the invasion of the territory of the USSR, German command had assembled about 5 million soldiers and officers, around 4.4 thousand tanks and assault guns, 47.2 thousand guns and mortars, 4.4 thousand combat aircraft, and 192 warships.

Among the documents released by the MoD are instructions issued by People's Commissar of Defense, Marshal of the Soviet Union Semyon Timoshenko on the eve of the Nazi attack to the commanders of border districts. As per the archive documents, the commanders were to place troops on full combat readiness, mask positions, covertly occupy firing positions in border areas, organize blackouts for cities and military installations, and relocate aviation to field airfields.

Another released document is the historical journal of the Black Sea Fleet, detailing the attack on Sevastopol – the largest city in Crimea, a major Black Sea port. The Nazis had attempted an air raid on significant forces of the Black Sea Fleet in the bay of Sevastopol, according to the MoD, but the attack failed. Not a single vessel was damaged, with Nazi-dropped mines neutralized by Soviet minesweepers, while the enemy forces lost several aircraft.

According to insights offered by another archive document, on June 23, 1941, pilots of the Black Sea Fleet’s long-range Ilyushin DB-3 bombers successfully hit targets at the Romanian port of Constanta. As a member of the Axis, Romania had joined Operation Barbarossa, providing equipment and oil to Nazi Germany.

Award sheets of those who participated in the raid feature the names of Senior Lieutenant Ilya Korneev, who had strategized the course for the Black Sea pilots to follow to reach the targets at the port, as well as Alexander Tolmachev. This pilot, who was later awarded the order of Hero of the Soviet Union, brought a downed plane out of a tailspin, taking over control from his mortally wounded captain.

An order from the chief of the General Staff of the Red Army, General Georgy Zhukov, to form special forces for night raids is also among the materials published by Russia’s MoD.

Battle groups would secretly approach the area where tank and motorized units of the Wehrmacht were located and simultaneously attack them from several sides, retreating to their home positions before dawn. Such tactics allowed significant damage to be inflicted on the fascist invaders with minimal losses.

Feats of valor displayed by units of the Soviet Union’s Red Army allowed it to thwart the enemy’s plan to destroy the main forces of the border military districts in the first week of the war.

Nazi' Germany's Genocide Plan

Also on the Day of Remembrance and Sorrow, the Russian Military Historical Society published in Russian for the first time the full version of Nazi Germany's plan to exterminate the population of the USSR. Dubbed the "Hunger Plan" (German: "der Hungerplan"; "der Backe-Plan"), it was part of a strategy to use famine against the population of the Soviet Union, occupied by the Nazis.

According to historian Yegor Yakovlev, the Nazi Hunger Plan was conceived as a program of genocide of the USSR's population.

“In addition to the well-known military plan – Operation Barbarossa - an economic plan was conceived to plunder the occupied Soviet territories. Ahead of the attack on the Soviet Union, the Third Reich was seriously dependent on food imports. The British naval blockade posed a threat to the food situation in Nazi Germany. Therefore, they were going to plunder the Soviet Union, taking out all the grain, while leaving from 20 to 30 million people to starve," Yegor Yakovlev, director of the Digital History Research Foundation, said.

According to Yakovlev, the plan was discovered by the US among documents of the Wehrmacht High Command, and it subsequently surfaced at the Nuremberg trials. The document, posted on the portal "History.rf," is dated May 23, 1941. It had never been published in Russian.

According to Hitler's plan, German colonists were to gradually settle on occupied Soviet territories. The solution to the depopulation of conquered territories was proposed by Herbert Backe, a German politician who served as state secretary and minister in the Reich Ministry of Food and Agriculture.

The directives he formulated suggested that after the Wehrmacht had seized the black soil territories, all the food from there would be redirected to supply the Wehrmacht and the Third Reich. As a result, the people populating the non-black earth region would be left to face starvation, with Moscow and Leningrad to be the first affected.

"We condemn these people to starvation not only because they are superfluous mouths, but also because the Velikorossi [tr. Great Russians], both under the tsar and under the Bolsheviks, have always been enemies of Germany and Europe," Yegor Yakovlev cited a translation of the document as saying.

"That is, the idea to starve Leningraders arose not as a result of the failure of the Barbarossa plan, but as a result of plans conceived before the invasion of the Soviet Union,” the historian said, adding:

"It was a genocide plan, because it is genocide that provides for the mass murder of people."

Disnakertrans NTB : Perusahaan Wajib Terapkan Norma K3

Pertama peralatan kerja, kedua lingkungan kerja (bangunan), ketiga sifat kerjanya, keempat apakah pekerjaan berisiko.
