Polisi periksa lima orang saksi terkait penemuan jenazah satu keluarga di Citra Garden Satu Extension, Kalideres, Jakarta Barat pada Kamis malam, 10/11/2022.
Saksi-saksi yang diperiksa di antaranya pihak keamanan dan tiga warga sekitar lokasi.
"Yang dibawa ke Polsek Kalideres, pihak sekuriti dua orang, warga tiga orang," kata Kasie Humas Polres Metro Jakarta Barat Kompol M Taufik kepada wartawan, hari Jumat, 12/11/2022.
Taufik menjelaskan, hasil pemeriksaan sementara, para warga melihat keluarga tersebut sekira 2 bulan silam.
Diberitakan sebelumnya, sebuah keluarga ditemukan tewas membusuk dalam sebuah rumah di kawasan Citra Garden 1 Extension, RT 07/15, Kalideres, Jakarta Barat pada hari Kamis malam, 10/11/2022. Diduga keluarga tersebut telah tewas sejak beberapa hari lalu.
Ketua RT sekitar, Asiung mengatakan dirinya mendapat laporan dari warganya, tentang bau tak sedap dari sekitar rumah tersebut pada hari Senin kemarin. Namun Asiung tak ambil pusing, ia beranggapan bau tersebut berasal dari bangkai tikus.
Kemudian saat hari Rabu, Asiung kembali mendapat laporan serupa. Namun kali ini datang dari petugas PLN, yang kebetulan sedang memutus aliran listrik di sekitar lokasi.
Asiung, baru mengecek laporan tentang bau tersebut pada Kamis (10/11) karena bau yang ditimbulkan makin kuat.
Dengan didampingi warga lainnya, ia kemudian mengecek sumber aroma busuk dari rumah tersebut.
“Saya lihat pertama di jendela, jendela itu tidak ada teralis, hanya kawat nyamuk gitu. Saya buka terus saya geser hordeng, begitu saya geser, saya liat, wah ini ada mayat,” kata Asiung, di Kalideres Jakarta Barat, Kamis malam, 10/11/2022.
Asiung pun kaget atas temuannya. Ternyata bau busuk yang sedari kemarin tercium aromanya, bukan dari bangkai hewan. Namun jenazah sebuah keluarga.
Ada 4 anggota dalam keluarga tersebut. Semuanya tewas. Asiung kemudian melaporkan temuannya ini ke Polsek Kalideres.
“Saya langsung telepon Polsek Kalideres,” ungkap Asiung.
Petugas yang mendapat laporan tersebut langsung menyambangi lokasi. Beberapa barang yang akan dijadikan bukti petunjuk juga telah diamankan.
Kemudian, jenazah keluarga ini dievakuasi ke Rumah Sakit Polri, di Kramat Jati untuk diotopsi.
Pendistribusian Set Top Box atau STB di Bogor dinilai gagal, lantaran data di lapangan tidak valid. Alhasil banyak warga yang tidak terdistribusi.
Di Kabupaten sendiri, pendistribusian STB di Bogor sebanyak 144.232 bantuan dari kementerian untuk warga yang tidak mampu di wilayah Kabupaten Bogor.
Namun pemberian STB di Bogor tersebut gagal distribusikan yang disebabkan oleh data dilapangan yang tidak valid, seperti sudah meninggal dan berpindah rumah.
Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Bogor mencatat ,pada tahun 2021 Jumlah penduduk miskin di Kabupaten Bogor mengalami kenaikan dari 465,67 pada tahun 2020 naik menjadi 491,24 ribu jiwa pada tahun 2021.
Jika dilihat dari data warga miskin yang dikeluarkan oleh BPS kabupaten Bogor, tentunya pendistribusian alat untuk menonton TV digital tersebut tidaklah, memadai atau bisa dikatakan kurang dari data yang dikeluarkan oleh Kemenkominfo sebanyak 144.232
Kepala Dinas Diskominfo Kabupaten Bogor Bayu Ramawanto sendiri mengaku tidak mengetahui secara detail berapa banyak data warga yang menerima STB di Bogor tersebut.
Pihaknya hanya sebatas menyosialisasikan dan mengarahkan pihak ketiga yang ditunjuk pemerintah pusat.
“Kalo data detail saya kurang tahu berapa nya yah, yang pasti kami hanya mensosialisasikan dan mengarahkan saja agar sesuai target, kan hanya kategori masyarakat yang tidak mampu saja yang dikasih,” kata Bayu dilansir dari JabarEkspres.com.
Terkait STB di Bogor yang gagal tersalurkan, Diskominfo Kabupaten Bogor akan melakukan evaluasi bersama pihak ketiga yang ditunjuk oleh pemerintah pusat agar STB tersebut dapat kembali tersalurkan.
“Tentu kami akan evaluasi, terkait dengan data yang sudah meninggal atau pindah rumah, nantinya akan dicarikan solusi, apakah akan diberikan kepada yang lain atau bagaimana,” lanjutnya.
Sebelumnya, pemerintah telah memberhentikan siaran TV analog dan beralih ke TV digital pada Rabu 2 November 2022 lalu.
Hal ini juga banyak dikeluhkan oleh masyarakat soal harga STB di Bogor yang makin meroket.
“Banyak yang ngeluh harga STB di Bogor mahal, padahal kami sudah melakukan sosialisasi, kan harga mahal itu tergantung dari kualitas STB itu sendiri,” tambahnya.
Dia, berharap program bantuan STB dari pemerintah pusat dapat terus berlanjut diberikan kepada masyarakat kategori miskin.
“Saya berharap ini dapat dilanjutkan dengan data yang akurat, sehinga penyaluran dapat benar-benar diterima oleh masyarakat yang kurang mampu,” tungkasnya.
Sementara itu, Sahrudin (47) seorang warga Desa Sukamakmur, Kecamatan Sukamakmur, Kabupaten Bogor mengeluhkan saluran TV analognya tiba-tiba mati, sehingga dirinya tidak bisa menonton.
Dia juga mengungkapkan bahwa hingga saat ini bantuan STB di Bogor yang disalurkan kan oleh pemerintah pusat belum dirasakan.
“Belum ada saya belum nerima bantuan STB, jadinya dari Rabu TV mati sampai sekarang, saya sudah ajukan juga surat keterangan miskin kepada pemerintah desa untuk dapat STB,” ucapnya.
Ia berharap dapat segera mendapatkan bantuan tersebut, pasalnya jika membeli STB di Bogor secara pribadi harganya tidak terjangkau. “Kalau beli kan mahal, kemarin tetangga beli harganya Rp 218 ribu, kan mahal mending buat makan,” pungkasnya.
The “difficult decision” to withdraw from parts of Kherson, announced by Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu after a report from General Sergei Surovikin, came amid intelligence that Kiev was planning a massive missile attack on the Kakhovskaya Dam, along with indiscriminate artillery strikes against the city of Kherson and its population.
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu ordered the withdrawal of Russian troops from parts of Kherson region on Wednesday to form defensive positions on the left bank of the Dnepr River. The decision had been taken after the commander of all Russian forces in Ukraine, Sergei Surovikin, warned of the Kiev regime's plans to launch a massive missile attack on the local Kakhovskaya Dam, along with indiscriminate strikes on civilians.
"If we look at the actions of the Russian military, they have always prioritized the prevention of large losses among the civilian population, seeking to save as many civilian and military lives as possible," Iranian political analyst Roohollah Modabber said, speaking to Sputnik.
For humanitarian purposes, difficult decisions were made throughout Russia’s ongoing special military operation in Ukraine, including retreats and redeployment of combat positions, he pointed out.
Accordingly, the decision of Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu regarding the Kherson region is, first of all, a “pre-emptive maneuver aimed at saving as many lives as possible”, said the political scientist covering Russian issues in the Iranian media.
The analyst emphasized that the withdrawal was in no way a capitulation to the Armed Forces of Ukraine or their NATO ‘puppet masters’. After all, it is no secret that in addition to conventional weapons, which the so-called collective West has been funneling to Ukraine and which are being used indiscriminately against civilians, the Armed Forces of Ukraine were planning to resort to prohibited biological and chemical weapons, as well as detonating a “dirty bomb”.
“Russia could have opted to strike with all its might, but it preferred a restrained approach and tactics different from NATO: minimizing loss of life. This is the reason for the Kherson decision announced by Russia’s Defense Minister,” the Iranian political analyst said.
He added that throughout its history, Russia had emerged victorious from many wars. Therefore, the military tactics that are being undertaken today regarding Kherson can be perceived as a kind of victory for the Russian army, which thus saves thousands of civilian and military lives during the neo-Nazi counteroffensive that is being prepared.
To some extent, this move on the part of the Russian military can also be considered as a defeat for the West, since it never spares civilians or military personnel, as shown by its desire to flood Ukraine with weapons – something that Moscow repeatedly warned would only prolong the conflict.
"The lives of ordinary people have never mattered to the West in military conflicts,” Dr Modabber said.
On 9 November, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu agreed to the suggestion of Sergei Surovikin, the Russian Army general appointed commander of all Russian forces in Ukraine, to withdraw troops from parts of Russia's Kherson region to the left bank of the Dnepr River.
Before the announcement, General Surovikin had delivered a report to Shoigu on the course of the special military operation, clarifying that the establishment of defenses along the left bank of the Dnepr River was the best tactical option in the present circumstances. Citing intelligence that the Kiev authorities were planning a massive missile attack on the local Kakhovskaya Dam, along with indiscriminate missile and artillery strikes against the city of Kherson, Surovikin had said:
“There will be an additional threat to the civilian population and a complete isolation of the group of our troops on the right bank of the Dnepr. Under these conditions, the most rational option is to establish defenses along the barrier line of the Dnepr River."
He added that the move would "save the lives of our servicemen and, in general, the combat capability of the group of troops."
The Kherson region officially became part of Russia in early October, together with the liberated areas of the Zaporozhye region and the People’s Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk, after the people in those territories overwhelmingly supported the move in referendums.
Russian President Vladimir Putin had approved accession treaties with the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye region and Kherson region, signing constitutional laws that make them part of the country.
More than 345,000 homes and businesses across central Florida were without power Thursday as Hurricane Nicole, downgraded to a tropical storm but still large and dangerous, slammed the region with powerful winds and heavy rain.
The rare November hurricane, which made landfall south of Vero Beach early Thursday as a Category 1 storm, was centered about 30 miles northeast of Tampa at 10 a.m. The National Hurricane Center warned that Nicole would bring heavy downpours, strong winds, dangerous storm surge and flooding across a swath of the Southeast over the next couple of days.
"This is a life-threatening situation," wrote Jack Beven, a senior hurricane specialist at the hurricane center, in an advisory. People in the region, he said, "should take all necessary actions to protect life and property from rising water and the potential for other dangerous conditions."
Tornado watches were issued for parts of Florida and Georgia. St. Augustine, where the iconic Bridge of Lions spanning the Intracoastal Waterway was under siege from Nicole, was briefly under a tornado warning Thursday morning.
"The city is flooding at a rapid pace and the Bridge of Lions is closed," the city said in a Twitter post. "There are several roads that are impassable and closed, more than the usual flooded areas."
The storm washed more sea turtle eggs ashore across the Treasure Coast, just weeks after Hurricane Ian caused similar damage to nests. Several cracked and broken sea turtle eggs were found washed up with scattered debris on to a wooden boardwalk and beach access Thursday at Santa Lucea Beach in Martin County.
Residents report similar sightings across the Treasure Coast, where beaches with known turtle nests were wiped out by the storm surge and waves. After Hurricane Ian in September, hundreds of sea turtle eggs were unearthed and scattered across a beach in Fort Pierce and other Treasure Coast cities.
Some communities were breathing a sigh of relief after Nicole's center rolled through. In Fellsmere, a town of 5,000 people 20 miles northwest of Vero Beach, police said on Facebook that all streets were open except one that was blocked by a fallen tree.
"There is no major flooding anywhere in the city and as of the time of this post no downed power lines have been observed," police said.
Janet and Ken Comey of Satellite Beach were among the people gathered at Pelican Beach Park on Thursday morning to look at the waves during high tide. They said they fared well during the storm. The couple moved from New Hampshire to Satellite Beach three years ago.
"When we moved here, the first thing we did was put in a full-house generator," Janet Comey said. "We've never had to use it."

Bencana longsor kembali terjadi di Cadas Pangeran pada Kamis (10/11/2022) sore. Akibatnya, arus lalu lintas di Jalan Raya Bandung Sumedang tersendat karena ada meterial longsor berupa pohon bambu yang tumbang ke badan jalan.
Peristiwa longsor ini diketahui dari video story Instagram yang diunggah oleh @inimahsumedang.
Dari informasi, bencana longsor tersebut terjadi pada pukul 15.50 WIB.
Hingga saat ini Suarajabar.id masih mencoba menghubungi otoritas setempat untuk mengetahui perkembangan longsir di Cadas Pangeran tersebut.
Sebelumnya bencana longsor juga terjadi di Cadas Pangeran pada 29 Oktober 2022 lalu.
Dua unit minibus rusak berat usai tertimpa batu berukuran besar dari tebing Cadas Pangeran pada Sabtu (29/10/2022. Kedua mobil itu tertimpa batu ketika tengah melaju di Jalan Raya Bandung-Cirebon, Kecamatan Sumedang Selatan, Kabupaten Sumedang.
Insiden mobil tertimpa batu besar itu diketahui dari unggahan akun Instagram @infojawabarat. Insiden itu terjadi sekira pukul 15.00 WIB.
Dari informasi, ada sembilan penumpang dua mobil tersebut yang mengalami luka-luka dan dilarikan ke rumah sakit dan Klinik Medika.
"Bencana longsor terjadi di Cadas Pangeran Kabupaten Sumedang, menimpa dua kendaraan roda empat yang tengah melintas, Sabtu 29 Oktober 2022 sekitar pukul 15.00 WIB," tulis @infojawabarat.
Batu besar tersebut jatuh dari ketinggian sekitar 50 meter. Insiden ini menyebabkan Jalan Raya Bandung-Cirebon arah Bandung maupun Cirebon macet total.
Diduga penyebab longsor hingga menyebabkan batu besar jatuh ke jalan dan menimpa mobil adalah tebing yang telah jenuh air.

Stephen B. Presser appears to agree with Shapiro's observation: "At the moment, the much-anticipated 'red wave' looks more like a 'red trickle,'" said Presser, a leading American legal historian and professor of law at the Northwestern University.
He projected that the Republicans will win the House, but "by somewhat less than anticipated," and whether the Senate will change hands is now in doubt.
"What has changed is that the economy has been seriously hurt by the Democrats, in particular by the higher inflation brought about by higher spending, and, further, by increased crime brought about by increased hostility to law enforcement," he said. "Republicans have to be a bit disappointed, because given the unprecedented unpopularity of the Democrat president, the repudiation of his policies should have been greater."
Americans 'Separated' Their Vote for Dems From Their Dissatisfaction With Biden
Over 70% of US voters are dissatisfied with Biden's presidency, according to exit polls. More than two-thirds of US citizens who cast ballots for House candidates don’t want President Joe Biden to run for reelection in 2024, according to Edison Research.
Although the voting in the midterm elections was a referendum on the Biden administration, there was still a significant Democratic vote among those who disapproved of Biden’s performance, according to Dr. Harvey Schantz, professor of political science at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
"In the exit poll 44% approved of the job Biden was doing as president and 94% of those approving voted Democratic for the House, while 55% disapproved of the job Biden was doing as president and 86% of those disapproving voted Republican for the House. However, 12% of those who disapproved of Biden’s performance nevertheless voted Democratic, meaning that they separated their House vote from their evaluation of Biden," Schantz explained.
How New Composition of Congress Affects US Government
The observers agree that the 2022 midterm elections "has brought a divided party government" to Washington.
"This means that in order for the business of government to get done there will have to be a meeting of the minds between Democrats and Republicans in the nation’s capital," said Schantz. "Republican control of the House will mean closer congressional oversight of the performance of the Biden administration."
It is still unclear who will take the Senate, but if the Dems win it with a slim majority it will be "crucial for Biden’s personnel agenda, since the Senate has exclusive power over confirming presidential nominees for federal judgeships, including Supreme Court Justices, and top executive positions, including Cabinet-level officials," the political scientist elaborated.
For his part, Presser suggested that it is unlikely the Dems will come up with major legislative initiatives if the Republicans capture the House of Representatives: "It is exceptionally doubtful that any bipartisan accord can be reached on any major changes," he said.
"A Republican majority in the House (…) will lead to investigations of Biden and [Attorney General] Merrick Garland with the goal of impeaching them or at least damaging them politically," projected Shapiro. "With this majority control the Republicans will control what legislation could pass in the House, limiting what the Democrats can do. They may also refuse to raise the debt ceiling which could cause turmoil and possibly backfire and hurt them politically. If they take control of the Senate, they will prevent Biden from making appointments to the judiciary and elsewhere."
If the GOP manages to take the upper chamber, it will create lots of problems for the Biden administration. However, the president has his veto power to upend Republican legislative initiatives, and the GOP does not have the supermajority in the US Congress to overcome Biden's veto, according to Presser.
"There are no limits on the President's veto power on any legislation from Congress, other than the ability of the Congress to override a veto by a 2/3 vote in each house," Presser said. "Since neither party will have a 2/3 majority in either house, there is virtually no chance, in these divided times, that any veto would be overridden. This means the president is in a position, if he likes, to kill any legislation passed by a Republican House and Senate (if Republicans win the Senate)."
Suspicions of Voter Fraud
The inexplicable delays in vote counting in several states coupled with reported instances of voting machine glitches in Arizona's Maricopa and New Jersey's Mercer counties have prompted some American netizens to speculate about possible voter fraud.
"Given the failure of a 'Red Tsunami' to occur, it is only natural for the same people who suspected misconduct to have occurred in 2020 to wonder if it happened again," Presser said. "I don't know if there is any way to diminish good faith belief in massive election fraud other than a truly bipartisan Congressional investigation on a large scale. I don't think that's likely to happen."
In 2020, then-President Donald Trump and his Republican allies leveled accusations against the Democrats of voter fraud in order to ensure Biden's victory. At the time, Biden won by slim majorities in a number of swing states. Republican state legislatures and election integrity activists kicked off audits or private investigations in several battleground states to examine the 2020 outcome.
In particular, the Arizona GOP hired independent forensic auditors, who exposed a number of abnormalities and potential irregularities in Maricopa. The Biden administration and Department of Justice have been highly critical of GOP audit initiatives across the country, insisting that the Republicans are spreading a "Big Lie" by casting doubt on the fairness of the 2020 presidential race.
Russian President Vladimir Putin will not attend the Bali summit of the Group of 20 and the Russian delegation will be led by Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told TASS on Thursday.
"It was decided that Russia will be represented by Sergey Lavrov at the G20 summit," the Kremlin official said.
Earlier on Thursday, Reuters, citing a source in the Indonesian government, reported that, according to Jakarta, the Russian leader may participate in one of the summit’s sessions in an online format.
The G20 summit will be held on November 15-16.
While information from Indonesia suggests that Russian President Vladimir Putin will not attend the Group of 20 summit in Indonesia next week, an Indonesian government official said Thursday, avoiding a possible confrontation with the United States and its allies over its war in Ukraine.
Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, head of support for the G20 event, said Putin's decision not to come was "in the best of all of us."
US President Joe Biden, Chinese President Xi Jinping and other world leaders, including Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, will attend the two-day summit starting November 15. The summit will be the first time Biden and Putin have come together at a meeting since Russia invaded Ukraine in February.
Indonesian President Joko Widodo is hosting the event on the island of Bali.
"It has been officially informed that Russia's President Vladimir Putin will not attend the G20 summit, and will be represented by a high-level official, and this has been discussed by President Joko Widodo and Putin in previous telephone conversations," Pandjaitan said after meeting security officials in Denpasar, the capital of Bali.
"Whatever happens with Russia's decision, it is for our common good and the best for all of us."
Pandjaitan said earlier that Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will lead the Russian delegation.
Pandjaitan did not know why Putin decided not to come but said "maybe it's because President Putin is busy at home, and we also have to respect that." Pandjaitan confirmed the same reasons may be keeping Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at home as well.

Sebelum ziarah ke makam sang Proklamator, para akademisi tersebut ikut menghadiri upacara Hari Pahlawan di halaman kompleks makam Bung Karno. Upacara tersebut dipimpin langsung oleh Sekjen DPP PDI Perjuangan (PDIP) Hasto Kristiyanto.
Selain akademisi, sejumlah kader PDIP dari Jawa Timur juga ikut serta kegiatan itu. Tampak hadir Sekretaris DPD PDIP Jatim Sri Untari serta mantan Wali Kota Surabaya Whisnu Sakti Buana.
Kepada para peserta, Hasto mengatakan ziarah di makam Bung Karno demi mendoakan agar Bung Karno mendapat tempat terbaik di Surga. Tak hanya itu, ziarah juga bermaksud agar belajar dari perjuangannya dan mewarisi semangatnya.
"Kami berharap semangat membangun tatanan dunia baru tanpa kolonialisme dan semangat membangun solidaritas antar sesama, terus dikuatkan," kata Hasto.
Ia menambahkan perlunya semangat untuk gotong royong membangun bangsa.
"Di sinilah kita bergandengan tangan dalam mewujudkan kesetaraan internasional serta kerja sama politik yang saling menghargai setiap negara dan semangat kerja sama ekonomi dan budaya dalam rangka membangun tatanan dunia yang lebih adil, damai, dan sejahtera," kata Hasto.
Hasto menambahkan bagi Indonesia dan PDIP pada khususnya, perjuangan panjang mewujudkan cita-cita itu takkan pernah sia-sia.
"Seperti yang diyakini Bung Karno, bahwa ketika kita memperjuangkan kepentingan umat manusia, seluruh perjuangan tidak akan pernah sia-sia. Tidak ada pengorbanan yang sia-sia," ujar Hasto.
Selesai upacara, Hasto mengajak para akademisi itu untuk duduk bersila dan mendoakan Bung Karno. Para peserta nampak khidmat menunduk mendoakan Bung Karno. Mereka ikut memanjatkan doa untuk Presiden pertama Indonesia itu. Tidak lupa semua peserta juga menabur bunga di area makam.
